I never would have considered selling my sun deprived flat in the middle of winter nor during a lock down but Mark read the market conditions perfectly and guided me effortlessly through the whole process. He used his skills and experience to advise on decorating , painting and colours to make my flat sparkle. The best bit was how positive and encouraging he was. William is one of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with. His high level capability to engage us in the first instance to understand our needs, then articulate the strategy, the rational for this approach set us at ease from the outset. Also along with us he carried some of the risk. We had attempted to sell previously and had one of the most awful experience with an agent who was not connected to our needs as clients. William instantly connected with our concerns our emotion position and set us at ease. Whilst I have high praise for his communication style both depth and calmness his listening is outstanding as well. He really does challenge the stereotype associated with realtors. He is good for the industry and I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again to purchase a property or sell again.
