As I had to sell my close friends house on her behalf I found the task over whelming until I met Mark. From the time I rang him he came totally prepared, very positive in a difficult situation. He gave me all the information I needed and once I agreed to employ his skills he rang me every day to keep me up to date and give suggestions to help improve the look of the house. We had a lot of rubbish to remove, he organized someone to pick it up for us. No problem was too great or too hard for him to tackle. In a tough property market I thought we got a very good price and it was achieved through Marks diligence and commitment. I could not rate him highly enough and very happy to recommend his services to anyone.

Mark went above and beyond to show us the house on short notice as we were heading for the airport. He then managed a very tricky situation with a deceased estate at all times acting in the best interests of the vendor but also helping to make it work for us as buyers. Its rare for someone in this industry to have integrity and professionalism. Very impressed!
