We needed to sell our property in three and a half weeks. Mark was extremely efficient, getting our property photographed and onto domain.com.au and real-estate.com.au in less than 24hours. We had our first open inspection two days later. To maximise our short selling time, Mark accommodated and arranged several viewings outside of the Thursday and Saturday time-slots, communicating regularly any potential buyers comments and how many parties were returning for a second or third viewing. Mark was very dedicated and committed to the sale of our property. We sold our apartment at auction for a breathtaking price and we're grateful for his support!

Mark is a fantastic agent. From the minute we decided to sell he was 100% on the job helping to organise painters, floor sanders, builders and other tradesmen. He gave us great advice about preparing our property to maximise the selling price. His eye for detail meant that our photos were fabulous and our place looked amazing.
