I ignored these review emails as I don’t have anything good to say, however after being sent a reminder twice I thought I’d share my experience. We needed/wanted to move ASAP which was agreed upon with the leasing agent, however the property manager was too busy to complete the paperwork so we weren’t able to move in on the required date. The condition report we received had every room marked as good condition, no scratches ect, however this was far from the truth. Bathrooms had cracked tiles, holes in walls ect, even to the point where the PM had marked there was ceiling fans, which the room didn’t have. I paid a full 12 months upfront, was emailed the receipt however had a remind email from the PM and a phone call from the landlord asking when I was going to pay rent. The PM blamed us as the tenant for the delay in our move in date even she couldn’t cope with her work load. Very unprofessional team and a lack of communication throughout their leasing department.
