Throughout our interactions, Jessica has been thorough, responsive, and proactive in following up on the various matters we have raised. She was well prepared for the inspection, demonstrated a good understanding of the tenancy situation, and took the time to answer our questions in a professional and constructive manner. More importantly, she took the initiative to drive past our property to monitor the situation while awaiting the return of the keys, which we greatly appreciated. Given the challenges associated with this tenancy, it was particularly reassuring to see Jessica taking ownership of the situation and actively progressing the agreed actions. Her communication has been clear and timely, and her efforts have helped restore our confidence that the property is being managed with the attention it deserves. The "Team" understand the importance of Housing providers having minimal vacancy time. Instructions were requested, signs went up and a new tenant was found prior to vacancy at the quoted fair market value. Some minor works were coordinated prior to the new tenant and the whole process ran smoothly. I would recommend Brand property!

The brand property team have kept in contact with me on the regular, they answered all my questions that I have asked and guided me where I needed to start. Brand property is the first company that didn’t look at my application as a first time renter and just put me to the side. They gave me a fight chance to be able to get my first rental and actually made the whole experience so pleasant I’m every grateful with the opportunity they have given me and helped me get my first rental. No words and honestly describe how patient, respectful and supportive they have been with someone who has no clue about the rental world.
