We have found the rental team at Brand Property to be excellent communicators through different mediums, email text or phone. They always follow-up on any queries or issues regarding the property. Also timely at organizing any repairs that may be needed with contractors. We have found them to be very professional. As well the same is with the leading team who have also been in constant contact keeping us up to date with new leasing.

I have to do lot of follow up and agents are not reachable. Every time call goes to voicemail and even after dropping messages I never get call back. Requesting brand property to please work on your communications side and make it easier for tenants to reach you directly.

I couldn’t recommend a better property agent! From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. They are professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for their clients. What I appreciate most is their excellent communication, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They handle everything with care and professionalism, keep me informed throughout the process, and make what can often be a stressful experience so much easier.
