As soon as our real estate agent was made aware of our tenants moving out they started the steps to find new tenants for our property. Kept me in the loop the whole time discussing all aspects and delivered good candidates for the next lease. From the departure of the old tenants to the new one was only a couple of days so very little time and money was lost. Very happy with the whole experience and there was no stress at all with the change over.
