He seemed a lot more confident to sell the house for a higher amount prior to signing but he achieved an acceptable result so overall we don’t have any complaints. House was appraised $730-780k and sold for $740k in only a matter of weeks.

Andre was the selling agent, so representing seller not us as buyers, so we are not clear why we should be rating him as 'our agent'. He was however friendly, efficient, worked well with our 'buyer's agent', and the property handover was a pleasure. The house we bought was a bit of a hard sell because in a mess and some areas were not accessible. However it was at the height of 2021 market frenzy, so even this house had competition. Suffice to say that Andre got a good enough price that we would choose him as our agent if selling, especially as he is so in tune with the local market. If the house had been presented better by the vendors, we suspect we would have missed out: as it was we thought we got it for a fair price.
