Peter Lamont has been selling local Real Estate since 1984 - more than 30 years. Over that time, Peter has developed unsurpassed market knowledge and negotiation skills which have cemented his reputation as one of the area's leading agents. In 1992, Peter was joined in Real Estate by his brother Chris and since then, the two of them have built a family business based on experience, results and unmatched local knowledge. About Sophia

Sophia is a client focused individual that was born and raised on the Central Coast. Sophia is a fourth generation Lamont to be apart of the real estate sphere so the transition into real estate and into the family business felt natural. After completing year 12 at Hunter School of the Performing Arts, majoring in drama, Sophia started her career in the hospitality industry on the central coast, which influenced her outgoing, determined and bubbly personality. With 7 years of sales experience in the recruitment, retail and health sectors Sophia loves to provide assistance, chase leads, maintain excellent communication and meet new people from all walks of life. Transitioning into real estate from her position in sales at a high-end boutique gym in Sydney, focused on helping Sydney’s CEO’s, industry leaders and business executives, formed her base for self-development and fine-tuned her sales skills. Spending her free time at Mingara One gym and Revl training, health and fitness is a core value to Sophia and lays the foundation to her consistency to be better and her never give up attitude. Brand Property The Entrance is owned by the Lamont brothers, Chris & Peter. Peter purchased the business is September 1992 and was joined by his brother Chris who became 50% shareholder two years later. Since then, the Lamont brothers have created a reputation as the Project Management & Residential Sales leaders in The Entrance and its surrounding areas. Professional service

Peter Lamont - Brand real Estate

We looked at selling our house with Peter because of his wealth of knowledge in selling in our area. He quoted us a very good price and was able to get that price for us.
