Highly recommend

I chose Samantha over the other agents due to her professionalism, overall proposed marketing campaign and their fees were in the middle range. It was a forced sale and Samantha was very accommodating and negotiated under unusual circumstances extremely well. I was impressed with their marketing strategy which captured passers-by which I have not seen done before at the complex when other units were put on the market
