Walt did a very good job supporting this sale. I had originally been renting the property through his agency, and he provided good sales and pricing advice over several years as I considered my options. When I decided to sell, he was fast, responsive and provided great advice. Walt worked well with both myself, my conveyancer, and the buyer. He did an excellent job informing me of the market, listening to my pricing and concerns, and helping to drive the negotiations. I was fully satisfied with Walt's support throughout the entire sales process. Walt was very professional, and his communications were excellent. We spoke frequently on the phone, he would provide ongoing text updates, and the agency provided a weekly summary of details like the number of enquiries and the number of offers. Walt's performance was both a credit to his agency and to the profession as a whole. He has set a high standard that other agents will need to live up to in the future.

Being a first time seller I required some extra guidance. Walt was there every step of the way and was not pushy or unprofessional on one single occasion. Although we did not purchase the home with Walter that he sold for us, he did his job and stayed in contact while we owned the home so it was only normal to give him the listing, as we never heard boo from the agents that we purchased the home off. Walter has attention to detail, and has no problems going above and beyond for his clients.
