You will never find another agent (the Boss) who will constantly update you way after office hours have closed and even on weekends, besides understanding your brief, managing buyer/seller's expectations, and coordinated with lawyer with precision. Brandon was amiable and easy to talk to. He could give useful advice on how to prepare our house for sale. Due to covid lockdowns we only managed to sell our unit some eight months later. In the interim our sales agent was replaced by another agent whom we had not contracted and this was a bit of a disruption. Brandon however could reengage us with his communication skills and manner as well as convince us to stick on to the sales process. We were not entirely happy with the sales result based on what we had signed on paper but understand it was market forces and agents cant do miracles.

Aaron Wu and Brandon Chuah helped us so much! We are first home buyer and knows nothing about the process of buying a home so that we seek help on everything. Aaron has been so patience and diligent, there are times I needed help late at night or really early morning and he called me back straight away. He was able to come to us in person for all the paperwork while we are working from home which really saved us a lot of hassle. The market has been moving so fast it’s been so hard to secure a property. However we were able to secure this property the second day after our first inspection. We really appreciate their hard work and incredible service!
