Professional and helpful
We are very happy to say that Rose was able to provide us with all the help and information we needed as we searched for an appartment in Breakfast Point. We provided Rose with our 'wish list' and discussed with Rose our plans. Rose was very understanding and knowledgable and was able to keep us informed as possible suitable appartments became available. Having always lived in our own home it was interesting to navigate what needed to be done as tennants. Rose was able to prvide all information and was always avaialble to answer any and all of our many questions! A huge thank you to Rose and the team at Breakfast Point Realty.

BPR - Excellent Management Agency

Name file withouut openning
All good verry happy with most things. One thing i would ask to change on monthly statement, to be identafiable wiithout having to open file. Please put name in file name,so i can sseee which prroperties un oppened.

End of Lease and re lease
At end of lease the premises were properly inspected and any damage is in the process of being rectified. The release of apartment was in the same week with smooth transition. Staff is always helpful
