An experience worth having because of Nicholas
Nicks knowledge and outstanding professionalism is amazing, he will go the extra mile in every way to make the buyer and vendor happy, he is so dedicated to he’s work and nothing is to hard for him to do. Having Nick sell my son he’s first property has been the best learning experience for my son Adam, because Nick made it happen easy and when there were a few issues at times Nick without hesitation got things back on track very quickly. This young fellow is truly going along way and both Adam and myself would trust in him for any future property endeavors, and would recommend Nick highly.

Professional, helpful and a great result for our purchase!

The best in Breakfast Point!
Stephanie did a fantastic job selling our apartment and I highly recommend her. She was our first choice from the beginning as she new every detail in our apartment, capturing the best sunlight, pool settings, and fantastic views. Given her experience she was always willing to share great insights about the building and the wonderful BP community. She was very friendly and courteous throughout the process, and we were never in doubt attracting great buyers and finding the right person for the property in such a short period of time - 4 weeks in total. Stephanie is part of a great team at Breakfast Point Realty. Thank you for a great experience.
