To Breakfast Point Realty I wish to take the time to thank Cilla Green for all her help in finding me the property at 58/25 Market Street, Breakfast Point. I was initially looking at various properties in the area, after chatting with her she told me to have a look at the above property as she felt it was better suited to my needs being a larger apartment. That same day we met at the open house inspection, she gave me the freedom to look around with no pressure and gave me all the information about the property in a professional but friendly manner. Her down to earth personality and can do attitude made me feel very comfortable to ask her many questions and she always updated me even in the evenings. I was able to negotiate with no pressure and this was carried out via text as I was not able to talk while working, I understand it's not the "norm" to negotiate in this manner but she was more than happy to do it in this way for me and we had a bit of a giggle about it. I viewed the property several times after hours and she was so pleasant to deal with. The negotiations happened in the Christmas/ New Year period with solicitors closed, she understood the difficulty of it all but Cilla still made it possible to seal the deal. A sincere thank you to you Cilla for all the help you gave me in successfully purchasing this apartment, I love it! You kept the sale process on track through the international barrier, an interesting solicitor, money restrictions, Christmas, new year, Chinese new year and numerous people on summer holidays.
