Buying an apartment in Breakfast Point

I found Nicholas to be very professional in his approach along with being very attentive.
Nicholas had a very professional approach, along with a fantastic grip on properties being sold around where we were selling. My whole experience was very stress free, Nicholas made the whole process very easy, he arranged everything from painting property to styling, he went above and beyond in every way. Nicholas made himself available at any hour if needed, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

Stress Free and Quick
Nicholas worked well beyond what one could expect. He was very professional. He made me feel comfortable during the inspection. He had a lot of knowledge on the property he was selling, he wasn’t pushy, he sounded honest and upfront, and helped me secure the property I liked within half an hour of inspection. Professional and pleasant to work with and delivered excellent results
We put our apartment on the market just as the COVID lockdowns were imposed. It was a difficult time for us however Nicholas stuck with us throughout the whole process. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He diligently sought out potential buyers and kept us closely updated. In the end, Nicholas successfully sold our apartment and we were very happy with the outcome.

Stress free buying
Nicholas is very professional; knows his stuff and especially as he lives in the area was able to give plenty of useful info. He went out of the way to accommodate our request for inspection out of scheduled time. Wherever possible he was willing to help and that played a huge part in us being able to conclude exchange in just 6 days. We recommend Nicholas unreservedly

Positive Results
We have recently sold our apartment with Cilla and we also bought our apartment off Cilla five years ago. In both instances we were amazed at her diligence, industry knowledge and hard working ethics. She would always ring when she said she would and she went out of her way- no matter what time of the day to answer any questions we might have had. Her bubbly, positive and obliging nature just made the whole experience so much less stressful.
