Excellent market knowledge, communication and exceeded expectations on price and timing

Ada was excellent from start to finish, our property sold for a higher price and sooner than we expected. She has a real sense of urgency and is very well connected with tradespeople and stylists which really helped us as we are interstate. She was available outside hours and on weekends and if anything was urgent, she just picked up the phone. She really knows the area and understands buyers psychology, when to move quickly and when to wait or change strategy in a rapidly changing marketplace.
