Anyone can sell your property when it's a seller's market.

A top agent doesn't matter so much in a seller's market. It's when things turn and turn fast that you need an agent's experience and judgement. Adrian saw the downturn coming before it hit the headlines. That's not easy to act on, and it's even harder to tell a seller they should sell now, below their ideal price. Adrian had that difficult conversation with us and I'm glad he did. Now 3 months on and looking back. He was absolutely correct.

Strategic in a tricky market

We liked Jack 10 years ago when we bought the house so it was an easy decision to trust him with the sales process. We appreciated his project management to prep the house for sale with clear advice on what work was needed. The highlight was Jack’s strategy in the down turning market. We had lots of interest that cooled after a week. Jack prepped for us for different scenarios and recommended we move the auction forward, which did the trick!
