Great price, easy process very professional

I am writing to offer my wife and my recommendation for Bresic Whitney Realestate and in particular Andrew Liddel and his team from the Balmain office. We choose BW even though they were more expensive than other agents. The main reason for our choice was we believed Andrew demonstrated clear, concise and honest communication and realistic expectations. We also thought the multi office referral process used by BW was an significant advantage. We sold prior to auction for a good price and minimal fuss.
