Maclay Longhurst was thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful to me in my purchase of 23 Union Street Paddington. Maclay had previously gone out of his way to show me several properties in the Paddington area that he thought I would be interested in, often taking me to private inspections at times that suited me. He seemed to know every property that was selling in the area. After a few months of searching, the property at 23 Union Street was the one that I decided best suited my needs in my price range. Maclay was then very helpful in negotiating the sale with the vendor. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends, and I would also appoint him as the agent if I decided to sell the property in the future.
