Brillant to work with!

I found Romany to be a terrific person to work with: efficient, non nonsense, gave great advice, and got me an excellent price. I was selling while living overseas, so I was not on hand to deal with the tenant in my apartment and other in -person matters. Romany dealt with the tenant (who had been a very good tenant for years) with respect and care. The whole process was remarkably smooth. I recommend her very highly! And will be passing on her details to any friends or colleagues who need a referral.

Knowledgable, efficient and easy to work with!

After several years of (patiently) discussing the sale of my apartment with Romany, I finally pulled the trigger whilst overseas. Romany and her team showed their prospective buyers through my apartment without even needing to advertise it. Romany has an extensive knowledge of the market and the buildings of Elizabeth Bay / Potts Point, and has plenty of existing clients looking to buy in the area. The entire process was extremely easy and stress-free for me, especially considering I was overseas at the time and in a completely opposite time zone. Negotiations ran smoothly, and I never felt any pressure at all from Romany. Needless to say, she secured an incredible price for my property, and I'm beyond happy. Highly recommend Romany and her team!

Reduced the stress of selling

Darren reduced the stress of selling our house with his calm advice and attention to detail. He kept us informed every step of the way, always getting back to us when he said he would.
