Ian and the team at Exchange Property made the sale of our property as easy as it could possibly have been. They took care of all the preparation -- painting, gardening, stylists, cleaners, handyman, window washing and more -- getting the house ready for sale in 10 days. An amazing job, which resulted in an unexpectedly quick sale at a great price. I recommend Ian as an entirely trustworthy steward of the sale process for other absentee owners. He's honest, has high standards but doesn't waste your money, and he's a pleasure to deal with.
