She did amazing job!

The reason which I used Catherine as the agent to sell my property in Woollahra was she offered to assistant me fiurnishing and stylish the house except normal reale state agency. I did use a quiet few agents to sell my properties in the past 20 years which I am very good at to judge the agent's service. I felt very relax and comfortble when she came to my house and present her servise and company. We had a very nice chat and she consulted me from selling price to marketing strategy etc.. During the whole prosessing, she proved which I made a very right decision to use her. I am very busy business woman, I haven't had much time to do the details. She is a so patient, understanding and easy going person. Making me to feel so relax to deal with her. There isn't any pressure at all during the whole procedure. The most important thing is which she is so professional and experienced in her career. Finally, she sold my house beyond $180K what we expected before the Auction. I thrilled. That's just amazing. So no doubt, I ask or invite her to help me when I tried to sell my Rushcutters Bay property. She didn't dissapoint me this time again. I didn't do anything, She just sold my property during the two weeks and on the price beyond $60K than market price. I will definetly ask her to help me in the future.
