•I had the pleasure of both buying a house in Hunters Hill and selling my smaller place with Nicholas McEvoy and the Bresic Whitney team (Paul and Narelle) in the space of 3 months. Being on both sides of the fence in such a short period of time I could not recommend Nicholas and the Bresic Whitney team more if you are looking to sell. The professionalism, energy, market knowledge/deep understanding of the Hunters Hill market coupled with his trustworthiness and ability to both see and call things for what they are really stood out for me. It was quite the stressful period of buying and selling concurrently for our family and it was made easier having the larger aspects well looked after. The attention to detail and small touches suggested prior to going on market are simply a reflection of his ability to exceptionally market a property and understand who the buyers are before they even walk through the door. What I didn’t get with Nicholas and team were inflated pie in the sky expectation setting that I have seen neighbours unfortunately fall into and significantly delay their plans/sale OR any kind of complexity around the whole selling process. That said the price achieved was exceptional! I can comfortably also say the same thing when I was buying my house a few months earlier - I was not under sold/convinced to attend with hope and was clearly communicated to ensuring I wasn’t wasting my time. Having been on a house hunt for over a year with lots of disappointment of being told the house would land somewhere and end up selling in excess of half a million more, I really appreciated the honesty and wanted my house to be sold in the same honest manner. Any text or phone call, doubt or query was responded to typically within minutes! Matter of fact Nicholas was on holiday in Europe just before my campaign launch and was responding to my questions even during a summer European vacation. I could not recommend Nicholas and the Bresic team more.
