Above and beyond service from beginning to the end of campaign.

This is the third time in 16 years that we have either bought or sold with Nicholas , his knowledge, drive, personal attention to details, guidance throughout the whole processes was flawless . Nicholas & his team were polite, obliging, informative , very responsive to enquiries made. ,

Nicholas acted at all times as a true professional. The teams presentation, their knowledge, willingness to be helpful without being invasive, hard to beat. I made a number of enquiries and these were responded to asap. The final week, assisting with special conditions in preparation nothing was left out. I would be happy to buy again through Nicholas or even sell with his team.

Nicholas, excellent communicator and Sales Person.

It was a pleasure working with Nicholas through the Sales Campaign. I found Nicholas friendly and helpful. Nicholas has good market knowledge. He has great instincts on closing a sale and has a nice easy going manner to help the client relax and not get too anxious. This is the 2nd home that Nicholas has sold for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who may be wanting to sell their property or even ask his advice when buying. The rest of his team were also very helpful and hands on.
