Nicholas saves the sale

Nicholas was very hands on , passing on all information regarding the campaign to sell my mother’s house. We always knew what was going on, how many people were interested and what was the likelihood of the property being sold. He made you feel like you were the only client he was working with. The property was quite a difficult one to sell as it needed a lot of work done and could possibly be a knock down and rebuild. Nicholas attracted the exact buyers needed to bid at auction and obtain a great price.We were very pleased with the results as they were higher than expected.
