Great service, incredible result

Broad strokes: Use this guy. In terms of the finer detail. We met Brad as buyers approx. 4 years ago. Although we didn’t buy from him, he was head and shoulders ahead of the other sales agents we met on our buying journey. He represented his sellers with integrity without falling into the clichéd sales agent behaviours. He then kept in touch with us over the following 4 years with market insights and legitimate value add. So much so that we said, 'when we’re selling, he's our guy.' And he was. He worked his tail off to get the best possible result and kept the communication open including after hours. He was forthright when he needed to be (no point paying someone to tell you what you want to hear), and helped us to manage what we didn't realise would be such a stressful process. The end result was, (I think) a record sqm price for our building and a very happy couple. Thank you legend, Martin & Laura.
