As a buyer’s agent, I work with a huge number of sales agents, and it’s rare to come across someone whose professionalism genuinely stands out, but Brad absolutely did. Throughout a recent purchase for one of my clients, Brad was travelling internationally, first in Switzerland and then New York, and we were navigating the process over the Christmas period while waiting on substantial documentation. Despite the time differences, being away on holiday, and the complexity of the deal, Brad was extraordinarily helpful. Broad strokes: Use this guy. In terms of the finer detail. We met Brad as buyers approx. 4 years ago. Although we didn’t buy from him, he was head and shoulders ahead of the other sales agents we met on our buying journey. He then kept in touch with us over the following 4 years with market insights and legitimate value add. So much so that we said, 'when we’re selling, he's our guy.' And he was.
