Just amazing

I had a great experience working with Frederico. As a first time seller, from start to finish, he prepared me to understand all the different scenarios that could unfold during the campaign which gave me confidence around any decisions I needed to make. I found him to extremely honest, reliable and easy to communicate with. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process and always took the time to explain things clearly, which made a big difference. On the day of the auction we had 2 registered buyers but one of them decided not to participate but thanks to Frederico’s experience and skill – he was still able to deliver an incredible outcome for me with just negotiating with 1 buyer. His team was also fantastic to work with — he has an amazing stylist, organised team manager Nimrath and his associate Alessandro all worked together to deliver a professional, responsive, and supportive experience throughout. Even other team members in other offices brought buyers to the house who had never considered Petersham before which was great. I couldn’t recommend him and the team at Bresicwhitney more highly.
