Outstanding Result

I first met Frederico Fraga-Matos and his team (Alessandro and Nim) through an introduction from a friend. I realised that they were part of the BresicWhitney real estate group, working out of the brand new office in St Johns Rd, Glebe. I met up with Frederico’s team and was impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail and hospitality. Alessandro specialized in selling apartments. He was always available to answer my questions and organised weekly meetings during the sales campaign. The most important thing, he got a stand out price through gentle persistence and good manners. I think it was a record for a 1 bedroom in my apartment building in Camperdown. Nim did a fabulous job in organising the styling. The three of them worked so well together as a team and I am extremely grateful. Well done Frederico and his team. 5 stars.
