I found Brian Phegan on Google when I wanted an agent from the Albury area. I am in Queensland & could not go down to Albury due to my busy schedule. Brian Phegan took the reins & "the bull by the horns" & organised everything for me from the Town Planner, Valuer down to the Auction itself. he even scouted around the local area of where the land is & enquired around local companies & churches that might be interested in buying the property. I had no idea about the valuation of the property & the town planning proposed for that area. Mr Phegan send emails & telephone calls to update me on all of this information. I decided to go ahead with the Auction as Mr Phegan had given me the best advise possible on the land & after weighing up all of the options I decided to go ahead. The Auction took place & resulted in a very good price obtained & very close to the valuation that he had sought. The whole experience was very pleasant for our family & we were able to let the land go in a very positive manner due to Mr Phegan's Management Plan & skills.
