We can not give enough praise for Place Aspley. Samantha and her young team are just brilliant. Communication is perfect , almost instantenius. If anything needs to be done to the property , they find the right trades person let the job done , check it , notify us. When tenants are moving out they do thorough inspection before new tenants move in. The property was never vacant for more than week or two. Rental statements are on time , well documented and easy to access at any time on their web site.
