Well where do I start? We had lived in our home for almost 20 years, when we decided to downsize into retirement and onto the next chapter in our lives. We found Jacob was the only Agent to truly appreciate that our home was a very unique property with no comparisons in the area. Jacob unlike other agents did not try to down sell our home and saw the true value and agreed to work with us to achieve our expectations. We found Jacob to be very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, respectful and hard working. He talked the talk and walked the walk and delivered on his promises and never let us down. His local knowledge is second to none, which I found enabled us to attract the right buyer and susequently the right price and conditions to go to contract which suited our time frames and exceeded our expections ... all done with ease as he went about it. The whole process was seamless. We chose Jacob based on what he could offer and ultimately the end result, which was a suburb record! Be careful when selling your home not to go with the cheapest or a cut price agent as it could be a very expensive mistake and would not of allowed us to achieve our result had we have gone with one. Thanks again Jacob! We wish you all the best in your real estate career and know that you will continue on as the Super Star Agent you are!

Bought a property from Deron and the complete buying process was seamless. Cannot commend Deron enough. He was always approachable and available, very transparent, communicative and professional. I have not seen a slight change in his attitude right from day 1 of inspection, to making an offer, going unconditional and all the way to settlement. I will highly recommend Deron for any real estate transaction and looking forward for more from him.

We recently sold our property with the help of Saeed, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the outset, Saeed provided invaluable guidance on preparing and marketing our home for sale. His attention to detail was exceptional—he carefully advised us on small but impactful improvements that made a significant difference in presenting the property. Thanks to Saeed’s expertise and strategic marketing, our property sold in just 6 days on the market! His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the process. He kept us well-informed, addressed all our queries, and ensured everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend Saeed to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy estate agent. He made what could have been a stressful process seamless and successful.

As a first-home buyer, my experience with Deron Wang and his team at Brisbane Real Estate was exceptional. Deron took the time to understand my needs, explained the process clearly, and presented great options in the Kenmore area that suited my budget and preferences. His team was equally professional and supportive, ensuring all aspects of the process, from inspections to paperwork, were handled smoothly and efficiently. Together, they found me a fantastic deal on my dream home in Kenmore and made what could have been a daunting experience truly stress-free. Whether you’re looking to buy your first home, dream home, or an investment property, I highly recommend Deron and his team to anyone navigating the Brisbane market. Thank you, Deron, and the entire team for your outstanding service and dedication! Thanks, Avish Kapoor

Brian and Lachie have done a great job at selling our house. Both have been supportive during the process from initial photographs, to opens, the conditional period and beyond! We got the price we’d hoped for and we purchased our new place through them too! Thanks again Brian and Lachie!

Jacob was helpful and kind. He wasn't pushy and explained everything in details (even when it was the same question over and over again). He went above and beyond for us and was on time for open homes and speedy with replying to emails/ messages. We would 100% recommend Jacob to all our friends and family. He made this whole process seamless.
