Approached Kel for a possible 'off market' process. He got back to me the same day. He was flexible & provided accurate information about this sort of process & likely price point using this method and any disadvantages to a full-on market campaign. I appreaciated his ability to accommodate my preferences. My property was sold within 1 week, at the higher end of the appraisal. I felt afterwards that he really had pushed the situation to obtain the result I got, and truly felt he was working for me (as the vendor paying the commission) to obtain the best result. I know there are choices on who to engage. On my past and present experiences I would recommend Kel for all the reasons mentioned above.
