He is extremely knowledgeable of the Springfield area, of real estate in general and is superiorly skilled at his job while remaining friendly and down to earth. Nothing is too much hassle and he really goes above and beyond for both buyer and seller. Can't recommend him enough. After failing with another agent, I interviewed another 3 agents (Including Deron) Deron proved to be hardworking, knowledgeable and trust worthy. He also had a head start as he had the majority share of current listing on the market, meaning who knew all the current buyers in the market. after a 3 weeks of buyers thinking they can get a deal in the current market, Deron got the right buyer and a deal was struck! I work long hours and often after hours and Deron would always work when needed. he wasn't a 9-5 agent (Which I had previously experienced). I would also like to add I was not an easy vendor and Deron was extremely patient and would put up with my nonsense, while also being very firm and direct. He always told me the truth even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I would definitely recommend Deron to anyone looking to sell, he is a sales person and wants to work to get a deal done.

Our experience with Deron for the sale of our property has been fantastic. Us being overseas could have created some issues, but Deron communication with us has been such that the whole process was done without any misunderstanding.
