A typical over-promise and under-deliver agent. Questionable conduct around the sale and opening disclosing the value of previous offers. Yes saw it with my own eyes on the CCTV camera. Stood out the front for every open house and very likely never showed any of the viewers through. Not recommended.

Zac ran a professional campaign which resulted in a positive sale outcome for our home. His communication was prompt and honest. He was also accomodating to our young family’s schedule which was very much appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in future. Thanks again Zac and Liz

Not enough room here to write it all up.. this is a summary of the worst parts - he didn't even meet us to give us the keys on settlement - told us to "let yourself in" with keys hung up at the front door. Repeatedly lied to me through a long and drawn out buying process. One conversation he'd say one thing then a few minutes later, he'd tell me the direct opposite was true. Was told "minimal" hail damage to roof would cost only 20-30,000 to repair roof and solar after he'd consulted with the B& P inspector who'd been on the roof. He reduced the buying price by that amount. However upon moving in, a storm 2 days later caused water to pour through the entire patio (turned out to be built incorrectly with inadequate drainage for the roof size) so we engaged a roofer who showed us that the entire roof was completely pummelled like it had been shot at with a gun all over. No one who'd seen it would say "minimal and only a small portion to be replaced". It's costing us more than 3 x what he repeatedly told me it would cost to replace! Upon moving in discovered a very long list of dodgy things done just to sell - and seriously no idea how we are going to fix some of it!

We couldn’t be happier with Jacob as our selling agent. From the first meeting, he took the time to understand our situation and explain every step clearly. His attention to detail, calm communication, and easy-going nature made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jacob worked tirelessly for us and achieved an excellent result. Thank you, Jacob — you made what could have been a daunting experience an absolute pleasure. Legend!

Our experience with Brian Webster was disappointing and concerning. We were told that the seller would only agree to the sale of our house on the condition that Brian was appointed as the selling agent. We later discovered this was not true. This misrepresentation felt deliberately misleading and placed unnecessary pressure on us during an already significant financial decision. Trust is critical in real estate, and in this instance, that trust was undermined. Since then, I’ve also heard similar stories from other locals who have raised comparable concerns, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to independently verify any claims made and proceed with caution.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Saeed to assist my older parents with the purchase of a property, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and dedication throughout the process. From the very beginning, Saeed demonstrated an exceptional level of care and understanding of their needs. Knowing that my parents were most comfortable with having everything clearly documented, he went above and beyond by preparing written contracts for them—something that truly gave them peace of mind. What impressed me most was Saeed’s willingness to include me at every stage. He ensured I was kept informed and involved so that everything went smoothly for my parents. This level of transparency and collaboration made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring for our family. Saeed’s attention to detail, respect for my parents’ preferences, and commitment to clear communication set him apart. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional who genuinely cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to make the process seamless.
