Brian knows his market like no other in the area. He is ethical, trustworthy and every detail before, during and after the sale of our property was communicated to me in a way that made my decision to sell an easy stress free experience. Our house sold 24hrs before the first open home. We got the price we wanted and the deal was completed in the agreed time. There is nothing more I could expect from Brian and his team. When we meet Saeed at a auction, we found him to be couteous, new all about the property with every question we asked , he let us wander around and returned to see if we needed more information. As we left we said we wanted a certain home and we informed him of our critea and within in no time he had a viewing for us , then another house which was suitable for us , which we bought and are very happy.. Our purchase of our new property was relaxed and Saeed kept us at ease. When purchasing other properties, we always felt pressured or uncomfortable with other agents. Saeed provided ample space for us to inspect multiple times and did not apply pressure, follow us around or rush us through inspections. He Answered calls day and night and emails promptly. He was helpful and provided information when and where required. Provided market comparables and market trends. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend. **This property was listed prior with another agent and our dealings with the agent made us turn away from the property and lose interest.
