A very positive experience and a great result

Deron's estimate of what we could expect were accurate. The builders, inspectors and other support that Deron provided contacts for were available, fast and very good. Deron worked with our desired time frame and wishes and was incredibly professional, amiable and approachable at all times. The photos of our home looked wonderful and Deron's sales strategy saw circa 120 groups of people through our property and resulted in a dozen or so offers on the back of a falling market. We received an acceptable offer in a week and went unconditional two and a half weeks after the first open house. A sensational result and a very positive process.
