Franzwa has been tireless in the pursuit of a sale for us. In a slowing December market and through January- he didn’t stop. He looked at other market avenues for promotion, to other states and directed communication options. He took risk himself and put skin in the game (paying for the marketing he backed himself to sell… and he also returned half of the fees back WHEN he sold … he also was not very far off the mark in his initial sale value estimate … which let me tell you - in this volatile market is not a small feat. But MOST of all - he was a genuine person and always checked in with us to update on their actions, results and forward plan. And when we got a tough negotiation - he was there with skin in the game again We sold - and I would recommend His agency to anyone over the others !
