Very Happy Interstate Seller

I am a Sydney based investor and wish I had done more homework before choosing an agent to sell my investment property, a townhouse in a sought after comlpex in Sinnamon Park. The property had been on the market for three months with another well known Brisbane based national agent. People were going through at the open homes but only a few offers were made and those were well below what I felt the property was worth - based on other sales in the complex. The unit is in a good position with a nice outlook so I was puzzled with the low offers. I was contemplating renting it out again for 6 months before putting it back on the market when I got a phone call from Miriam. Miriam wanted a chance to sell the unit. I was in two minds initially but after a few minutes I got the feeling she really knew what she was talking about and I agreed to meet her on site to go through the unit. We immediately identified many minor items that were certainly putting potential buyers off. We agreed that a re-fresh with new carpet and a coat of paint would make a big difference. Miriam identified everything that needed to be done, made up an action plan , and arranged quotes for me within a few days. Approximately three later the townhouse had its first open house. Two very solid offers were taken at a fair price and the townhouse sold shortly afterwards at what I believe is a fair price. Throughout the whole process Miriam kept me informed, advised me and worked tirelessly to close the deal. I am very happy with the outcome and I can say the sales experience with Miriam was stress free. She is very professional and reliable she knows the market is very good at what she does. I highly recommend her and Brisbane West Realty. i
