Gary and Miriam are a great team. They are both experienced professionals and are very genuine in their approach to marketing and selling a property. They made a challenging time, and process, so much easier with their calm, approach and their tact and responsiveness. Gary and Miriam's insight and advice on preparing the home, and links to professionals and trades to undertake the work was invaluable. Their ability to take carriage of this provided great practical assistance. Gary and Miriam show a genuine care and enthusiasm for their work and were absolutely fabulous to work with. Their extensive experience ensured that we achieved a great price and outcome.

The price was fine, the process was not. Despite advising I wanted two weekends of open homes, Gary told buyers to submit their best offer by the next day. A major decision made without consulting me. When he had a private buyer, he never disclosed the increased commission upfront, only raising it at the moment of the offer with time pressure to accept. The marketing brochure was subpar. Gary went on leave during settlement without telling me, an issue as settlement was delayed, and nobody called to explain. Overall bad communication. Would not recommend.

From our initial meeting I was convinced that I was in great hands.. there is no doubt which equates to no second thoughts about your decision to leave your biggest asset to Gary and Miriam.

Gary and Miriam were fantastic throughout the whole process. The sale price of my unit was above my expectation and everything went very smoothly.

I sold and bought my property with Gary and Miriam and everything went very smoothly with settlement for both properties occurring on the one day. Communication was fantastic and both Gary and Miriam were very easy to deal during what can be a very stressful time.
