My partner and I recently purchased our first home through Glenn and I can't recommend him enough. We had no previous experience buying property and really had no idea what to expect or what the process involved. Glenn was helpful and informative, taking the time to explain the settlement process and also what information the bank would need for our loan. After our offer was accepted, Glenn also took the time to listen to our renovation plans and offer advice on how to navigate the strata application process. We really can't thank him enough for his advice and help - after dealing with several (much) less friendly real estate agents during our property search, I was so relieved to find an agent who was actually willing to listen and help. We are two very happy new home owners!!!
