Brett guided us through the process, provided good communications at every point of the sale, gave great advice that was relevant to our situation, had great knowledge about the market, and was honest with us about our expectations, which he still exceeded. The best reference I can give about someone, is that if given the oppotunity, I would go with them again and that I would recommend them to our family and friends - We would absolutly go with Brett the next oppotunity we have, and my borther is using him to sell his place too.
