Beyond expectations

From day one, Theo has demonstrated a great understanding of the current market, the trends and factors to be considered in decision making and choice, particularly in this time of the year with Christmas and holidays around the corner requiring at times review and change of strategies to achieve results. Theo was available at all times throughout the journey. It's been a two way communication at all times during and if needed, after working hours. His style of communication is commendable and never imposing. He's a good listener, always able to answer any questions and calm any anxiety offering explanations, solutions and strategies. Theo's professionalism is at no doubt exemplary in curtesy, punctuality and management. This was also clearly reflected in the other members of the company who were called upon to assist and were approachable and courteous.
