The local team were very helpful in setting up the sale of my father's house. It was done in a good time frame and with a good outcome, both in price and settlement time. Communication was timely, although slowed down a little once the contract went through. They needed a couple of phone calls or emails to get a response. They are, however, a busy office, so it is understandable. Overall happy that I chose a local company with personal, friendly service. Their conveyancers at Warick were also excellent.
