We have been using Neil's services since we bought our place and rented it out. His team have always been quick. Similarly when we were selling our place and listed on the market, Neil's patience and market knowledge in bringing the right buyer was key as our place was slightly older and smaller to an extent. However he was calm on that to get our eventual sale price.

Neil sold my mum’s property after she died in late 2021. He was caring and sensitive to our situation, and guided us through every step of the preparation, selling and negotiating process. Neil was in regular communication with us and gave very good personalized service. Nothing was too much trouble, be it travelling distances or working after hours. We had multiple offers within a week of going on the market and got $30,000 above asking price.
