We purchased our home with Bevan Bruse a number of years ago. At the time he was very professional, clear and efficient. His honest approach was really appreciated and we were happy. When it came time to sell the same property, we returned to Bevan. He is personal and you really feel like you are an individual and not just a process. His costs are clear and up front and exceptionally reasonable. He really does want to get the best deal for everyone and you can tell that this is more than just his business. That said, he's excellent at what he does and we'd not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who might consider this agent.

Theon does not fit the typical mould agent. He always comes across as laid back but is very switched on. He has an excellent understanding of property development, marketing and neighbourhoods. You'll never see him in a suit, and I think this adds to his charm and ability to relate to almost anyone. His success means he is incredibly busy so you need to be mindful not to take up too much of his time and have faith (he won't give updates unless you have offers). But have faith and your faith will be rewarded.
