Even after settlement Sam continued to quickly help facilitate conversations between the previous owner and myself which was very much appreciated. Sam caught our attention when we were looking to buy. Unlike other agents who after our enquiries simply spammed us with general mail-lists, Sam had clearly listened to our interests and targeted potential properties towards us appropriately. We decided that if time came to sell he'd be top of our short-list of potential agents. When this time came, we again found Sam highly strategic. He had highlighted strengths and weaknesses of our property and asked our thoughts of strengths and weaknesses also, listening closely and leading to him targeting messaging to buyers accordingly. He also listened carefully to potential buyers and highlighted trigger points of concern and interest for each - again addressing these strategically. We moved interstate before listing our home, and left it in Sam's safe hands to manage. This included upkeep, dressing and repair after a service-providers endless delays and postponements. Sam was in constant contact to update us during this time. We were very pleased with the sale price Sam negotiated, and recommend him as a professional, honest and trustworthy agent.
