I cannot recommend highly enough Buckingham and Co. Stuart managed to get within the predicted price, on a falling market, for my parent house. How I don't know but I am eternally grateful for it. Kate was amazing, she took over control of making the house market ready, bearing the difficulty of dealing with the owner in another country. I inherited the house through my parent's estate and hadn't really seen inside it for a number of years. Kate worked wonders in clearing out the debris and getting it cleaned and ready for showing. She kept in touch with me about all decisions, and saved me innumerable headaches by using her extensive list of contacts to get everything done at a reasonable price. I couldn't have been luckier in my choice of agent as Kate looked after it as she would have her own home, and I'm sure that it is as much her hard work in preparing the house so it showed at its full potential, as Stuart's brilliance as an auctioneer that resulted in a good outcome.
