However even without the result, the whole process was completely, unequivocally PERFECT. There was faultless, brilliant service; from Stuart's initial advice, the visit of the stylist, the cleaner, the photographer, Frida the Office Manager, the reception staff, and supporting agents; the thorough reporting of campaign progress, and successful conclusion. David is a very creative agent, with brilliant negotiation skills. He was very calm, knowledgeable of the area, and a breath of fresh air with his approach compared to some of the other agents I had dealings with. The negotiation and method employed by David was considered unique and very productive to achieve the result we wanted. This was not an easy sale, which involved a number of special conditions on both sides. Most creative RE agents I have come across regarding the sale of my property, which was unusual to say the least. They marketed the property brilliantly, and entered negotiations with us and the eventual purchasers in a very productive way, with a win/win for both parties. The negotiation employed was considered unique, a new approach, with an excellent outcome. Excellent advertising with costs kept to a minimum, and superb photos capturing the best features of the property. Communication was constant throughout the process, and we were kept up to date with proceedings.

We can thoroughly recommend David Oakley to any prospective buyers and sellers. We first met David when we decided to downsize and were looking at units/townhouses in the Greensborough area. He took us to a number of properties and we eventually selected a new one which was yet to be built. At all times we found him to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and importantly not pushy. He was content to simply provide information and let us make the decision. At no time did we feel under pressure. When we made that decision it was not difficult to decide who we wanted to sell our property. During the time up to the auction David worked particularly hard to get as many potential buyers through the property. He always kept us up to date and really kept our spirits up during the process. He was always optimistic about the outcome and we were very content to let him lead us through the process. He often said "trust me" and we were content to do so. We are extremely happy about the outcome which is largely due to his untiring efforts. He is an extremely nice person to deal with and we can only highly recommend him.

Having been a long time resident at our sale address, things have certainly changed since we sold our previous property and moved to Greensborough. This is the first time we had been involved in an auction and we were somewhat apprehensive. From day one, David advised us to put the property to auction, how right he was. The price achieved was in excess of our own estimate formulated over a considerable period of time. We were pleasantly surprised on auction day. In the marketing campaign leading up to the auction, I was impressed by the amount of work David carried out. He was always on time for open days, prompt to follow up telephone calls and provided a regular update regarding numbers of queries, particularly from interested parties. We also received a regular briefing of local market trends and a general outline of how the marketing campaign was proceeding. Post sale, David's attention to detail has once again been prompt and excellent. He is a hands on person leaving nothing to chance. The result achieved was substantially due to David's hard work. This was the second time I'd used David to sell a property for me, and was as pleased this time as I was previously. David is straight down the line, and just tells you as it is, no sleazy sales pitches, just old fashion hard work, and honesty, (hard to find) the things that stand out to me are 1- As the signed agent, David himself was at all the open for inspections.not a company representative 2- Great feedback after the open houses 3- We had many enquires about, what was under the carpet, so David peeled back the corner in a couple of rooms to expose the hardwood flooring underneath.(after discussions we had about the open houses) 4- Regarding the personal/emotional side of the sale, I find David very understanding, flexible, and accommodating. Regarding the actual sale of the property, David has the experience and diversity to Get The Job Done
