The principal agent with whom we dealt from Buckingham and Company was Jamie Mekhamer and with whom we had many face to face and remote discussions. Our face to face meetings with Ryan were limited to two or three, during which he showed a pleasant disposition and a clear focus on trying to find the right type of buyer for our specific property.
