Stuart was the consummate professional. knowledgeable, helpful and always positive.

Stuart was positive and keen about the sale, right from our first sit down. He thought the Unit would be appealing to most buyers in the local area. He told us what the market at this time, the type of buyer that they would target, and how to reach those buyers to at least spark some interest and ultimately sell our property. it worked out well. His knowledge of the local area is second to none. Once he had the eventual buyer's interest, his negotiation skills came to the fore. He was able to get the price that we were hoping for, which was a bit more than the price that we needed. Overall, the experience of selling a property was a lot simpler and less stressful that we thought it would be, mainly thanks to Stuart's professionalism. it was a pleasure working with him.
